Originally known as Treetops, the house was completed in 1905.  During the First World War, it was used by the North Toronto Flying Station for the pilot training program.  From the Great Depression until 1941, the St. Paul School for Boys was located here.  The building was then converted into apartments, and is now occupied by The Dunblaine School.
