Notes:
This building houses a health and multi-service centre, opened in October, 1976. The building was added to with a new wing in 1986. After a fire in 1989, the building was closed for two years. Two brass doors in the vestibule of the building's main entrance are listed on the Inventory of Heritage Properties.
