This Neo-Renaissance building, which once held carriages on its first floor and horses on its second, was designed for the funeral home proprietor Rosina Rosar in 1910 by James Michael Cowan.

Today, the building has been converted into a four-bedroom, 4,300-square-foot residence. It was recently listed for sale at $4.2 million.
