"The arena’s single ice pad (180 by 80 feet) was opened in 1957, and the arena was subsequently built around and overtop, opening in 1960. It is a historical facility for St. Michael’s and Canadian hockey, as over 200 NHL players have played for St. Michael’s, 14 of which are in the Hockey Hall of Fame. The arena has displays depicting this heritage. The arena can seat over 1000 people. It offers a snack bar, a weight room, and ample change rooms, as well as the official school store, the Mporium."
