17 Halbadier Place is an example of Outer Toronto's early 1960s detached house architecture in the form of a side-split bungalow. The structure's façade's original red brick was covered with grey stucco sometime between 2015 and 2018, a common example of modernization techniques applied to Mid-century homes in this area in the 2010s.
