Notes:
Constructed in 1931/1932, 298-300 Spadina Avenue is a 2-storey Art Deco building near the northwest corner of Spadina Avenue and Dundas Street West and situated within the boundaries of the Kensington Market Heritage Conservation District.

The building was first home to the offices of the Pittsburgh Crucible Steel Company, the Crucible Steel Company of America, and the Halcomb Steel Company, alongside Louis Tohn's tobacco shop


298-300 Spadina Avenue was damaged in a fire in February 2019. Reconstrution and restoration of the building is underway as of 2022.
