Notes:

This building would occupy the block just south of Scrivener Square, and would require demolition of existing heritage buildings. The first announcement of the building came in December, 2005, and the building was proposed at 38 storeys. Later, the proposal was reduced to 26 storeys, but this was also rejected. The rendering shows the taller proposal. In the end, this was never built.
