Notes:

This Arts and Crafts-style dwelling was designed for Francis G. Jemmett, general manager of the Sovereign Bank of Canada, by Eden Smith in 1907. The 1931 addition of a master suite and great room at the south side of the house was likely designed by Smith's son, Ralph Eden Smith.

As of June 30, 2021, 34 Warren Road is for sale at just below $9.5 million. The house is located in the Poplar Plains neighbourhood, just south of St. Clair Avenue between Spadina and Avenue Roads.
