Notes:
This building was proposed for the area between King and Adelaide Streets, at Johnson Lane. A new street would have been created between King and Adelaide to accommodate the building, which was going to be called Toronto Towers Street. It was to be connected to a hotel building through an underground passageway. The basement was to contain three floors of parking for cars, and it was to house a shopping centre on its main floor.

The project was scheduled to open on September 15, 1929, but it fell through by April of 1928.
